Dyllon is amazing and he really was professional. He made sure to tie my shoes. He really took the work out of shoe shopping and was so kind. The manager and the whole staff was so nice too. Really great store plus we shop at the other Tradehome store in Boise. And these sales guy are so great and kind!

I am so glad that I discovered this shop in Coronado Mall. Although I could not track down a pair Birkenstock Florida in the Classic footbed anywhere (including the Birkenstock website) to replace an old pair, I did size up from 38 to 39 and bought a pair of new Arizonas from Tradehome in the Classic footbed, which stays truer to regular width than the Soft Foot bed does (which is about 1/4 inch narrower). Dyllon and Brendon really helped me out, are pleasant and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
The service and patience of the staff is SECOND TO NONE!! Dyllon, store manager helped me for over an hour to ensure my purchases were the right ones for my feet! I will definitely make this my new shoe store!!
