How do I update my personal information?

You can update your information at any time by visiting your customer profile, located in the top right section of our website.

Or, our store personnel can easily update your information when you visit us, or you can email us at CustomerSupport@tradehome.com. Please provide us with your phone number, and what information you would like to be changed.

How many points do I need to earn a coupon?

Every 500 points per consecutive 12 month period can be redeemed as a $50 Bonus Coupon.

Every 400 points per consecutive 12 month period can be redeemed as a $30 Bonus Coupon.

Every 300 points per consecutive 12 month period can be redeemed as a $20 Bonus Coupon.

Every 200 points per consecutive 12 month period can be redeemed as a $10 Bonus Coupon.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire 12 months from the purchase date.

Does my bonus coupon expire?

Yes, like your points, Bonus Coupons will expire after 12 months, so don’t forget to use it!

How can I find out my point balance?

To find out your point balance, go to your customer profile here. Once there, click the rewards tab to see your rewards points.

Anytime you make a purchase, an updated points total will be printed at the bottom of your receipt. Our store personnel can also easily look up your point total for you, all you need to do is provide your email/phone number.

How does the rewards program work?

You will earn a $50 Bonus Coupon for every 500 points you earn/$500 you spend in our stores during any consecutive 12 month period, a $30 Bonus Coupon for every 400 points you earn/$400 you spend in our stores during any consecutive 12 month period, a $20 Bonus Coupon for every 300 points you earn/$300 you spend in our stores during any consecutive 12 month period, and/or a $10 Bonus Coupon for every 200 points you earn/$200 you spend in our stores during any consecutive 12 month period. They are redeemable at ANY Tradehome Shoes location! Plus, you will be eligible to receive special offers and notifications. Special offers will be sent out periodically, informing you of in-store sales, coupons chances to earn double points and other great offers.

Does the rewards program cost anything?

No, the program is completely free to join and participate in. If you feel that ‘Free’ is too good of a deal, feel free to spread the word about our Rewards Program; we love word of mouth advertising!

Do I earn points on giftcard purchases?

Not on the purchase of gift cards, but upon their redemption for merchandise.

Can I get points for purchases prior to my membership?

Yes, you can! Contact CustomerSupport@tradehome.com to have qualifying purchases added to your account. Please provide us with your full name, phone number and transaction number(s) that you would like to be applied to your profile.

Why has my points balance decreased?

Points expire every 12 months. Points will also be removed for returned merchandise.

Store staff can review your purchase history or contact CustomerSupport@tradehome.com. When contacting us via email, please provide your full name and phone number, along with any transaction numbers you believe to be missing from your profile.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?

Very easily; we hate to see you go, but every email sent will include a safe unsubscribe option.

Can I order something in store that I saw online?

If you saw something online that you would like to have instore, we offer free instore pick up through online purchase at any Tradehome Shoes of your choice!

Can I pay with multiple credit cards?

Yes, for instore purchases you can use multiple credit cards.
