Also, anytime you make a purchase, your updated points total will be printed at the bottom of your receipt. We're happy to look up your points for you when you visit us in store as well, so don't hesitate to ask!

No, Tradehome Rewards is totally free to join.

Yes, you can! Contact customersupport@tradehome.com to have qualifying purchases added to your account. You will need to provide us with your full name, phone number and transaction number(s) that you would like to be applied to your profile.

There are three ways to quickly update your personal information. Log into your profile (found in the top right corner of our website), visit us in store and ask our team to help you, or email us at customersupport@tradehome.com and let us know what information needs updating.
