Return Policy

Tradehome Shoes will give you 30 days to decide! We allow all merchandise in new condition, with original packaging, to be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items may be exchanged when returned in store. Items returned by mail may not be exchanged.

For orders placed at Tradehome.com, check out the return options below and choose the best one for you! Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

1) Return to Store: For quick and easy returns or exchanges, take your item(s), with original packaging, the original receipt, original packing receipt, or a copy of your Confirmation Email to any Tradehome Shoes store. Use the Store Locator to find a store near you!

2) Return by Mail - Using the shipping carrier of your choice: If you would like to return your item(s) to our warehouse, please initiate the process here.

We recommend getting a tracking number for your return.

Defective Returns

We guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects within 30 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and to refund defective merchandise if necessary. We will not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise not in its original packaging.

A note to our valued customers:

Every manufacturer of footwear represented at Tradehome Shoes warranties their product free from defects in materials and workmanship. Tradehome Shoes personnel are authorized to determine if a defect in either material or workmanship exists. According to the manufacturer policies, footwear found to be defective will be: repaired, replaced, or credited based upon pro-rated wear.

  • Manufacturers represented at Tradehome Shoes do not warranty footwear in instances of abuse, negligence, comfort, improper fit, or excessive wear beyond the footwear’s useful life, intended design capabilities.
  • Returns will be permitted as long as the footwear is returned in “new” condition and is accompanied by the original packaging and a receipt.
  • Exchanges may be approved on footwear in “new” condition regardless of original packaging and receipt; however, value of credit will be based upon the lowest advertised Tradehome sale price of that item.
  • Footwear that has been worn outside, on the job, or in any other condition that renders the footwear less than “new” cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges may be approved on footwear in less than “new” condition only if accompanied by the original receipt; value of credit will be pro-rated based upon date of purchase and wear.
  • Refunds will be issued based upon the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Tradehome Shoes wants you to be satisfied with your footwear purchase. We want to, whenever possible, assist you in finding the proper footwear for your intended use, work with you to achieve proper fit and help you select footwear care products to extend and enhance the performance of your footwear purchase.

We also want to assist you in resolving your defective footwear issues if and when they occur.
