Tradehome Shoes — Alexandria

Based upon prior experiences at Tradehome Alexandria I had no intention of darkening their door ever again but today I was determined to find the right shoes. So I pulled up my bootstraps determined to try again. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a team of eager to help individuals who collaborated to come up with several options for my hard to please feet. Avery took the lead and did a fantastic job. She spoke with authority and had quite a lot of knowledge to share. When I thought I had landed on “the pair” she suggested I try one more pair… turns out the upgrade was even better! Thank you, Avery, for taking your time, allowing me to feel relaxed, and for presenting so many options. This visit to Tradehome was better by leaps and bounds. You exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I sent in a more detail message to their customer support email. But Jacob was great if I could I’d rate this 10. Not only did he help me a lot in his store, but I ran into him out of his store yesterday on the beach, and he was exactly the same caring and fun person. He also spoke to me in Spanish the entire time, which is nice as English is not my 1st language and I often have my daughter help me write stuff like this review.
