Tradehome Shoes — Amarillo

The employees here are always friendly and helpful! However, it is disappointing to see how they are treated by management. I have personally witnessed Chisom, the manager, yell at employees in front of customers. I have also seen the way he speaks to them and makes employees cry during their shift!! A manager should be someone who supports their team, not someone who makes employees feel embarrassed or afraid to make mistakes. I hope someone above him takes the time to look into how this location is being managed because the employees deserve better! This doesn't seem like a one-time issue either. I sincerely hope upper management takes the time to look into this and how employees are being treated. Employees shouldn't feel disrespected or intimidated while simply trying to do their jobs.

The entire staff was very friendly with the best customer service I have encountered in any retail store. The shoe selections with the multiple style and color options put this store at the top of my shoe store list!

Hope and Kiki were amazing sales rep. Great experience and will come back. Fantastic customer service!
