Hands down the best shoe store service I have ever experienced. Travelling from the UK, I walked into this store looking for a good shoe. Patrick served me, was the most wonderful and professional gentleman, who used a state of the art machine to analyse my foot which created a 3D model. This helped me understand the shoes and support I need for best support. He was real, honest, and extremely helpful. I won’t ever go to another shoe shop again. Ever.

March 2026. I needed a pair of dress shoes, in a large size, and I have really flat feet. I was coming from out of country. I went to Tradehome, and the show started: Jarod, this awesome salesperson, analyzed my feet with this 3d machine. He got out several pairs of shoes, and about a million different inserts. We worked for at least a half an hour on it. Finally - the combination that even worked for my goofed up feet. Great shoes, but the story doesn't end there. A month later I came down with a real bad case of plantar fasciitis. It really hurt. The soonest I could get to see a specialist was in a month. What to do? I thought of those dress shoes from Tradehome. Maybe they could help. I tried them on, and it worked. Instant relief. Five months later, and I am still wearing those same dress shoes that Jarod fixed up for me - inside at home. Luckily I now have the special inserts, and special exercises for my feet, and am getting better. But those dress shoes are still healing my feet! The middle ground between podiatry and consumer shoes is ruled by Tradehome and their determined staff. This is the best shoe shopping experience I have ever had or will have. Thanks Jarod and Tradehome - you speeded up my recovery and saved me from a lot of pain.

Excellent experience at this store. Jared was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He was able to figure out the best shoes for me. Very professional. I will definitely go back to this store.
