They will help determine what type of footwear will help you out the best, literally getting on a knee to fit you like a real professional store should. They handle any concerns that you throw at them along while being friendly and professional thruout your whole experience. Then the employee brings out shoes and insoles to find the prefect solution for your needs! Needless to say it was a wonderful experience! …no wonder they were finalists in footwear insights for outstanding customer service.

Jared, the Assistant Manager of the Appleton store is awesome! We stopped in while walking through the mall, and asked to try a pair of shoes. Jared spent a lot of time with us to professionally measure our feet and fit us properly with wonderful shoes that fit very well and are oh so comfortable.
