Tradehome Shoes — Arlington

Very happy we found this store. We initially tried going to Dick's for some tennis shoes but the music was so incredibly loud, it was sensory overload. We left and went into the mall to find a better option. The window display at Tradehome pulled us in. The layout was super easy to maneuver. Elian greeted us and we explained we needed to be fitted and had new back and leg injuries that needed to be taken into consideration. He is very knowledgeable, he quickly assessed the fitting, asked our preferences, made some recommendations and explained why he recommended them. He was so personable and helpful. We ended up buying most of what he brought out for us to try. If you value customer experience over big-box chaos, I definitely recommend Tradehome Shoes, and Elian!

Aamir and Malcom did an amazing job helping us find our new work shoes. Dress code requires all black and they had this super high tech machine that you step on to visually show where most of our standing weight is. We are on our feet 10-14 hours a day, so a good pair is necessary. They recommended a few options, with no pressure of buying, just educating and working towards our needs first. We were also out all day, tried on 10 different pairs of shoes, 3 different stores. This was our last stop and we found our winner shoes. Will be back soon. Highly recommend coming by to see them! Kaden provided excellent customer service during our visit. He took the time to tell us about all the good deals happening in the store and made sure we didn’t miss out on any savings. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. We really appreciated how attentive he was and how clearly he explained everything.
