I had the absolute best customer service experience at Trade Home Shoes, all thanks to Austin. I originally came in just looking for one pair of shoes, but Austin’s knowledge, personality, and genuine desire to help completely changed my visit. Austin didn’t just sell me shoes. he turned it into a one‑stop shopping trip for my whole family. He helped me pick out the perfect pair for my mom’s Christmas gift, then found great options for my brother and my dad, all while explaining why each shoe was a great fit for their needs. His product knowledge is incredible; he broke down the comfort, support, and quality so clearly that I ended up buying two pairs for myself, too. Honestly, this is the best shoe store experience I’ve ever had. I kept leaving and coming back because I trusted Austin’s recommendations that much. As a company, you’re incredibly lucky to have someone like Austin representing Trade Home Shoes. he’s not just a salesperson, he’s a true asset and clearly a manager who cares about the customer, not just the sale. Had an Amazing experience at this store! After spending all day going to 4 different stores looking for non slip hokas we finally found them here! On top of that Austin gave us a great customer experience while being visibly understaffed.

My husband and I went in here so he could buy a pair of shoes. Jay helped my husband. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable on my husband’s needs based on his pain in his back, ankles, knees, etc. Jay was very friendly and great at his job. My husband, who is pretty frugal, ended up buying two pairs of shoes. I was pretty impressed. We appreciated the customer service and if we didn’t want anything additional, he took our no the first time. He’s a younger man & someone has done a great job in teaching him.
