Ty provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I needed, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect shoes for standing on my feet all day. I never felt pressured, and he made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Ty definitely went above and beyond. The salesman (Kevin) was very professional and helpful. He suggested I try the Foot Scan Machine which gave me knowledge about my feet. It suggested that I needed insoles to aid in my everyday activities. I will definitely be back to shop @ Tradehome Shoes.
Great service!! Kevin was amazing. Truly helpful. Joshua is also amazing. Both very friendly and knowledgeable. And of course the athletic shoes are comfy. (I tried on just about every brand 🤗) Purchases just what I was looking for. Go visit. You won’t be disappointed with the service nor the products.
