My wife and I stopped into Tradehome Shoes looking for something to help with her foot pain, and the experience was outstanding. Pauley, the store manager, greeted us right away and took the time to really understand what she was dealing with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through several options without any pressure. What stood out most was how genuinely helpful he was—this wasn’t just a quick sale. He made sure my wife found something that actually felt good and addressed her pain. I was so impressed with the service and selection that I ended up buying a pair for myself as well. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Pauley absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be back.

Kai was so helpful and amazing. From the moment we walked in she took care of my daughter and I. She was super knowledgeable about the inserts and was correct when she said they would be my new bestfriend. I can see her running the store with how she was not only able to help us but also helping other customers and always checked back in. Just an amazing young lady.

We stopped here on a whim, very glad we did. Paulie, the owner, was so nice! He helped my husband with his very specific issue. He scanned his feet and brought him so many options to try on. It's been a couple of days of wearing the shoes he recommended and my husband has no pain!
