I needed a shoe to fit a prosthetic for a partial foot amputation due to diabetes. I worked with Jacob and this gentleman knew what I needed and worked hard to understand my situation in order to fit me with the right shoe. He was genuinely concerned with my issue and even charged me for only one pair of shoes, even though I needed two different sizes. They actually keep the mismatches to help other handicapped users. I will get all my shoes from here for now on. It is good to know there are still businesses out there that take time to listen and help people, very rare anymore.

Jacob was so helpful from the moment he picked up the phone when I called to see if they had a certain shoe to when he listened to me and what I was looking for in-person in the store. He made helpful suggestions and scored me a fantastic deal on the shoes I was looking for. I actually bought another kind also because I felt like I was somewhere where they were interested in helping me. Prices were excellent. I got a great value

We come here every year to buy my husband’s work shoes and our running shoes. Jacob is always extremely helpful! The customer service is top tier.
