Very professional and helpful when trying to find great-fitting shoes for my son. The manufacturer had a defect in the shoe and they were happy to help resolve the issue. Great customer service. Will return.

Girl working today with light brownish hair was a real peach. Tried selling me the wrong color of a shoe I specifically asked for even after telling her multiple times it wasnt going to work. She took it so far that it was basically gaslighting me about what color they actually were. The best part was that when I expressed to her in different words that I didnt appreciate her talking out of her rear end, she stormed off the floor and her coworker was laughing about it. Super unprofessional. What they didnt know was that I was in the market for multiple pairs of shoes today. If she would have just listened to me she would have gotten the over $300 sale that I took to Journeys instead. If I was her manager I would be upset.

Awesome experience here today, was browsing and the gal working had great knowledge about the shoes I was looking at. Left with two pair of shoes thanks to her help. Amazing selection and service! Will be back for sure.
