Came in and had the ABSOLUTE BEST customer experience with Zackery Fernandez. Came in and he had given us great experience and gave great advice with care of our our purchases. On top of that had keen attention to detail and was able to give us what we actually needed. The best part is we didn’t feel as if he was just trying to sell us whatever was there and have no pressure with our purchases. I can say I will absolutely come back to the store because of him.

So I am going to leave a review here and it’s bittersweet. Zackery Fernandez at the Meadowbrook mall in Bridgeport, West Virginia is incredibly courteous, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely shop there again to do business with him. It is so uncommon to run across someone as dedicated to the role as this young man. The bitter part comes in the knowledge that unfortunately for the public, he will probably be promoted to Regional MGR. soon, and he will be sorely missed.
Wonderful customer service from Michelle she helped us. She even sang to us lol was very impressed with her patience and salesmanship!
