Tradehome Shoes — Canton

My family and I were at the mall looking for shoes for back to school. We had never heard of Trade home shoes before. Their customer service from all the employees was beyond exceptional. The manager Steven took special care with our 12 year old daughter to make sure she got the right shoes. They have a diagnostic machine that maps out your feet, and tells you what you need. We found out our daughter has wide feet and sinking arches. Sneakers have always been uncomfortable for her. Steven set her up with the right shoes and insoles. She has been in them about a week now. She has said multiple times how much she loves them, and that they are so comfortable. Thank you Trade home shoes and Steven the manager for taking the time to explain everything to us and not make her feel embarrassed about her wide feet. The price was more than we wanted to spend by a little, but the outcome was very worth it. Next time we go shoe shopping Trade Home shoes will be our first stop!

Tony made my experience completely different from other's I've recently had with competitors. I left other stores feeling frustrated, but not this time. I came in with heel pain, and he was both knowledgeable and patient, taking time to help me find the right fit without rushing me. He really listened and made sure I felt confident in my choice. Tony was extremely helpful during our experience today. He was very knowledgable with the foot scan and explaining things so we could understand and make the proper purchase.
