Tradehome Shoes — Champaign

Product knowledge isn’t all that way there. Depends on who is helping because most will upsell you and not actually get you what you need. Product selection is there could be better. They do have a great selection of Hokas and On Cloud shoes. The customer service is great. Which makes up for a lot of the problems/issues here. They also are a full service store. So they put shoes on you. The deals are good but not on the products you want and they can be unclear. They also can be overwhelming because you don’t just try one shoes unless you are straightforward with it. Overall not a bad full service store could be better but would recommend. I definitely would go when the guy with long blonde hair is hair.

Best shoe-shopping experience I've had. The high rating is deserved. I am on my feet a lot for work and needed a shoe upgrade. Appreciated Brenndan's patience in answering questions, and that he legitimately listened to what I was looking for and my feedback on the shoes I was trying on. Now I feel like I actually understand how to shop for shoes. The folks here were respectful, knowledgeable, and considerate of budget - I think this store would be suitable for people from all walks of life :)

We had the most amazing experience at Tradehome! From the moment we walked in, Makayla was so warm and friendly. She took time and care to explain all the options, gave us a great deal, and offered helpful advice for foot health. She clearly knows her stuff and her energy was infectious! We will definitely be going back and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new pair of shoes and wants to support local businesses.
