Tommy I believe is his name- this guy deserves a raise. He was SO knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Went above and beyond to find my husband a good shoe. He knew his stuff and *listened* to what my husband was looking for. He’s a good sales man - not pushy - super nice and friendly. And just great overall. 10/10! Shoe selection is good too.

I went in to buy my wife some Birkenstocks and Geneva was incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did she help me find a great deal, but she also took the time to show me how to properly care for the leather and restore its original shine. Great customer service and a great experience overall.

Kaleigh was absolutely awesome! My husband has been dealing with foot pain, and she took the time to scan his feet and help him find the right shoes for his needs. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. We truly appreciated how attentive and helpful she was throughout the process. We’ll definitely be coming back to Trade Shoes in the future, and we’re hoping Kaleigh is there to help us again!
