JAMEIL and Alex ask for them however they provide excellent customer services and definitely will approach you to help so you don't have to ask, they are extremely knowledgeable about your feet and how you can make your feet happier. I love my shoes. Easy location inside Kenwood Mall, on 2nd level uper deck, and I recommended you take their advice and buy the insert or just buy both! Clean store and felt very comfortable discussing my feet problems.

Kenny provided myself and my family with top notch customer service. He was patient and kind. Answered all of my son’s questions and even brought him out multiple selections that would fit what we were considering and didn’t ask him to bring out. He was able to help us narrow down to a newer brand and offered to ship it to our home since we wanted a similar shoe just different color. I am a store manager in retail myself and I was highly impressed! Thank you Kenny!
Jameil was absolutely amazing. For someone that’s never worn Birkenstocks, he introduced me to the brand and not only showed me the differences in materials but also talked with me about how to protect them for longevity. Very pleased with such great, personable service that is rare nowadays
