Store manager Cameron was very energetic & made us feel comfortable- not just in our shoes! He made great recommendations & is very knowledgeable. Store staff were also fun & music was great. We will definitely be back!

Parker and Preston were great and definitely knew their product! It’s hard to find good help and these guys were so helpful today. Rival shoes have been the only shoe that doesn’t hurt my feet after being in the Army and that’s why I bought 3 more pairs today. Thanks again Parker and Preston!! The workers were great, and I want to be clear that this review is not directed at them. However, my experience with the manager was very disappointing. He came across as very condescending toward my mother, who is older and simply did not understand what he was explaining. Afterward, he went to the back and made fun of her to a coworker, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, I paid around $169 plus tax for a pair of women’s Hoka Clifton 10s. At the same time, Hoka’s website was running a 20% off sale, plus an additional 10% discount for military, veterans, first responders, and teachers. I ended up ordering the same shoes directly from Hoka for about $122 shipped to my house, with better color options as well. When I returned the pair from the store, even the employee acknowledged that Hoka’s website often has better prices and said they were “going pretty cheap.” Based on my experience, I would recommend going in only to try on your size, then ordering directly from Hoka. Even without a major sale, Hoka usually offers at least a 10% discount for eligible customers. The employees were helpful, but the manager’s behavior, downgrading because someone was different and the pricing difference made the overall experience very disappointing . I would avoid this place if possible.
