Calvin Jackson the manager was absolutely amazing he spent so much time making sure my daughter’s shoes fit perfectly and we’re exactly what she wanted! This was our first time purchasing from the store, but now we will start coming back because of him!!

We had such a wonderful experience at Tradehome Shoes at West County Center. John was incredibly attentive, patient, and helpful with both my husband and me. He took the time to bring out so many different shoes for us to try and was very knowledgeable about the different sizes and widths we needed. What really stood out was how helpful John was from beginning to end. He was wonderful when I first spoke with him on the phone, with such a friendly and welcoming manner. When we arrived at the store, he was just as kind and patient in person, all the way through the checkout process. The entire team worked together so well to help us, and you could really see the teamwork throughout the store. Thank you, John, for your patience, kindness, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help. We truly appreciated the time and attention you gave us. John is an excellent representative of Tradehome Shoes, and we will definitely be back!

Super helpful, knowledgeable staff who actually understand shoe differences—fit, sizing between brands, durability, and what works for different uses (rare outside of Fleet Feet). They also have foot imaging machines, which is huge if you’re not sure about your foot shape or sizing—it takes the guesswork out. Everyone was genuinely nice, no pressure, and the store had a great vibe. Highly recommend.
