Tradehome Shoes — Dubuque

I highly recommend this place. To start with, the owner provides absolutely perfect service—truly excellent. They have great sneakers; this is my third time buying here, and they are the best. The customer service is top-notch. My mom was thrilled with her sneakers—she was visiting from Mexico. In fact, he recommended a cleaning foam and a sponge for a pair of Coach sneakers that I really love and take great care of.

The customer service in this store was some of the best o have ever received. The consultant was with me through the half dozen pairs I decided to try on. I know I’m not the best person when it comes to deciding on shoes, but the employee was patient and even made suggestions for possible shoes and the pair I walked out in was one they recommend. I went through multiple stores through my shopping day but I can say this one had the best, most personal service of any store I went to. Didn’t try to push something more expensive and simply gave me what they thought was best. TLDR; Great customer service and dedicated, friendly staff.

Wild Bill is the Best... I came in with my feet killing me and left with them feeling 100% better... HE IS THE GUY TO GO TO!!! Made you feel welcome and like we been friends for ever!!! Will forsure be back...
