Tradehome Shoes — Duluth

We had a really good experience the first time we were there. Find a great pair of shoes and the gentleman who assisted us was very nice and professional. The second time we were there a different gentleman assisted us and tried to tell my spouse that “she doesn’t know what she wants” when she stated she didn’t like the shoes he had her try on. We haven’t been back since.

I worked with an employee named Elias. I mean, where do I begin? What a phenomenal person, great personality, great to work with and overall one of the best experiences I’ve had in a shoe store. When I tell you, this kid deserves a raise I mean it. Coming from a sales woman he better get every penny of commission from my purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and brought me any shoe I had shown interest in. He even personalized what he thought was best for me and my husband and it was truly one of the best sales techniques I’ve ever seen and it worked. I bought three different pairs of shoes and one of the shoes I bought I’ve never even heard of. I will be buying this brand of shoes every time I need a new pair. Thank you, Elias for all your help, hard work and dedication. Elias is truly a valuable asset to your guys’s team.
