Tradehome Shoes — Eau Claire

I want to say that my experience coming to tradehome shoes was great. Jeff Sabby was wonderful to work with . He was extremely knowledgeable. He made my overall experience a good one. I left with not one but two pairs of shoes. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Jeff for taking your time and helping me!

Michael was absolutely incredible with my son. My son struggles with new people and busy places. He did not want to buy shoes and we had been to 4 stores prior. Michael was patient, kind, personable, and respectful with my son. He even taught him how to tie his shoes a “speedy” way! I am so thankful for his hard work today!!

I was referred to Jeff at Tradehome Shoes in Eau Claire. I'm glad. I had two pairs of Hoka Arahi 8s in the wings awaiting a decision to keep or return and this sealed their fates. Jeff is friendly, intelligent, and experienced. He actively listened and support the conversation without leading or interrupting. That is becoming a rare art but I have read other reviews that other employees in the store share this vision, to help people. At half a century, my flat feet are starting to show signs of fatigue. Pronation of the right and plantar's setting in on the left which is noticeable at five or six miles a day (walking). The foot pressure mapping sensor they have clearly illustrated what I already knew and Jeff observed but it provides a common conversation image to facilitate feedback on different pairs and orthotic inserts for comfort and correction. I'd highly recommend visiting and while I walked out with shoes, orthotics, and socks; my goal was to address my challenges rather than take another guess. Thanks, Jeff. Carl
