Tradehome Shoes — Eden Prairie

Aidan was so great with customer service. I had been having trouble finding the shoes I wanted and he actually found them from a shipping. He truly went above and beyond for the customer. Major props to him!

I usually hate shoe shopping but Matthias made it so enjoyable! He has an incredible knowledge base enveloped in a fun personality. He made shopping fun & easy. He knew what I needed & what would best fit my feet. I live 2 hours away & will drive back to Eden Prairie again when I need shoes.

Had an awesome experience at Tradehome in Eden Prairie Center! Nate was fantastic—super friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was helping multiple people at once but still made us feel like a priority. It was clear he genuinely cared about finding the right shoe for each person, not just making a sale (he even let us know they don’t work on commission, which was refreshing). His customer service was exceptional, and the whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for great shoes and even better service, I highly recommend stopping by!
