Matching the Flow 3, the same enjoyable EGO P35 foam takes care of your feet and joints. It's tuned to be just slightly plusher than before, easing your landings as the miles add up while keeping its lightweight balance of subtle bounce. However, the ST features a broader footprint than the Flow 3, especially through the midfoot, for improved stability and controlled pronation.

• EGO™ P35 is a compression-molded OBC (olefin block copolymer) blend, created for lightweight, balanced, and smooth running economy. It combines with a new sockliner for an improved underfoot feel. 
• Subtle rocker geometry assists easy transitions while feeling more planted and stable than the neutral Flow.
• Rubber compound delivers an excellent blend of strong grip, natural adaptability, and improved durability.
• Engineered sandwich mesh creates a softer feel with stylish breathability and incorporates a refreshed heel collar.  
• Standard FootShape™ fit is Altra's most common, right in the middle of Original and Slim. It gives your forefoot room for its natural alignment, allowing your foot to act as a strong and stable foundation.
